Before Reiki became something I shared with others, it was part of my own journey. I’m Sebastien, a Reiki Master and spiritual healer. For 20 years, this practice has shaped the way I listen, connect, and care—for myself and for the people who come to me.
Over time, my desire to understand Reiki more deeply led me to Japan. There, I met Hyakuten Inamoto, a Japanese Buddhist monk and Reiki Master. I practiced alongside him and explored the roots of this tradition. Being there gave me the opportunity to bring my practice closer to its origins and reflect on what it means to offer someone my full presence.
I also hiked Mount Kurama, the mountain associated with Mikao Usui’s spiritual awakening and the origins of Usui Reiki. For me, walking that path was a personal pilgrimage: a chance to connect with his energy and teachings, and to deepen a journey that continues to unfold.
That journey is what I bring into my sessions today. Alongside my experience, I bring time to listen. Time to understand what has brought you here. Time for you to feel welcome without having to explain everything or arrive with all the answers.
In my Los Angeles practice, I offer a gentle, intuitive approach that respects your comfort and your individual path. You don’t need meditation experience or a particular spiritual belief. You can come with questions, with curiosity, or simply with a wish to take care of yourself.
If something in my story speaks to you, I would be glad to hear yours.
