Payment & cancellations
After Sebastien confirms availability and you agree on a time, he will share payment instructions. Payment in full is required to complete your booking.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before your appointment will be accommodated and rescheduled. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit the payment.
If an emergency or unforeseen circumstance arises on the day of your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a reschedule.
Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may require Sebastien to reschedule an appointment. In these instances, he will work with you to find a mutually convenient time.
